I did a free trial class for BJJ. I have no experience, what so ever. Prof. David was super patient and knowledgeable in the movements. He took the time to help out individuals struggling with the motions. I had a great experience overall and have already booked Private Lessons!

You’ll get to meet fellow students, chat with the instructors, and experience the gym firsthand—far beyond just what you see online.
We offer both long-term programs as well as subscription based memberships that fit your busy schedule.
Our programs range from $97 to over $400 per month, with most students investing around $150-$200 monthly. During your Trial, you’ll have a one-on-one with a staff member to create a personalized plan that fits your goals, schedule, and budget.
Yes, we do offer Private Lessons. However, this plan does not include a 1 week free trial period. Instead, you will meet with one of our coaches and take a Free Assessment to evaluate your fitness level and needs. FYI: Our on going rates for Private Lessons are only $1 per minute. Feel free to contact us about our availability for Private Lessons with a Black Belt instructor.
Athletic clothing is the most suitable for your trial class.
*For Kickboxing you must bring 16oz boxing gloves, hand-wraps and shin guards.
*For jiu-jitsu you must bring a blank jiu-jitsu uniform.
* For sanitary reasons we no longer loan gear and require guest to have this gear ready for their trial. Your gear must be in mint condition. If you don't have these items you can purchase them on site.
Sparring is exclusively done by our competitive team members. All others members and trial those taking a trial are not expected to spar.

At Team Endurance MMA, students first train fitness, grappling and striking arts separately before merging these skills for Mixed Martial Arts competitions. Once our coaches determine you’ve developed sufficient skills and achieved a high level of fitness, you’ll be invited to join the MMA training sessions.
